Though, there is always a challenge/obstacles to make a change. I enjoyed and learned a lot of useful learning materials.
Whenever I go further deep to the course it seems to me that a closed new window is getting opening. This modules are worthen to print or keep them as a soft copy for future reference. So, I would like to ask the course facilitators is it possible to have these learning materials for future usage.
This is so good seeing the colonology from module one to now three. I like this gradual process of making me a able leader. I am set to adapt to these leadership competences as part of my personal conviction and capabilities to lead. I’m going to deliberately invest at least forty percent of my time managing my self, my ethics, character, principles, purpose and so on to become a research leader.
Wow! Understanding your circle of influence is a great thing so that one can know what is within your capabilities without wasting much time and energy on the outer circle.
I have learned that leadership starts with self and from understanding your own competencies then you are able to see how to drive the goals that you want to achieve. It is also important to have a plan in place when thinking about your circle of influence in order to be a successful leader. I have enjoyed reading this
These are helpful practical tips for self-appraisal. I have somewhere to begin especially regarding the need to address challenges in my HEI and my circle of influence. Understanding my circle of influence helps me to launch myself afresh.

I have enjoyed scanning myself against leadership competencies and moreover, the circle of influence is a very important concept I have learned.
