I have learned much about types of research networks, disciplinarities in research networks, the importance of research networks, enabler factors for research networks, research networks structure and function, stakeholders’ engagement in research networks, and engagement window opportunities and catalytic nature of networks.
Indeed we need research networks if we are to open the research gates, enable growth in research skills and research funds. This is it I take wholesomely.
Building effective research networks session 4.2: equipped me a very important skills and techniques which is relevant to practice/implement myself, my local institutions, nationally, regionally and internationally as well. Inclusivity is much more important at this stage. No any important stakeholder will be left behind from now onward. This session taught me engaging all stakeholder partnerships across.
Session 4.2: Building effective Research Networks is very well put together and a great recipe for Research Network and useful for HICD activities within HEIs.
Amazing! Research networks have a potential to strengthen our HEIs through collaboration and catalytic collaboration. In my Institution, its not easy to find a link to tap in; I have learnt that one link can lead to another and I look forward to find potential stakeholders on this training platform. I am open to begin a research network or to join one where my profile can contribute to science and innovation. I am already studying a topic which I just found out that it is a crossdicilinary area – offering the sociological and governance side of a solution to urban solid waste management for towns. I look forward to invitations. Ha ha ha!
