Being gender neutral, gender blind or gender bias are key notables we all need to be aware and sensitive about always! I think this the whole-mark of gender analysis in order to relatively distribute resources, opportunities, and power ratios effectively.
Is very informative and interesting. My question is: If gender is not the biological sex of a person, why is that society refers to certain qualities and entitlements such as skills, etc to a person based on ‘BIOLOGICAL SEX’ and not something else?
I have been enlightened to understand real difference between gender and sex and how these considerations are vey critical in research. Very helpful information.
I however seem to have observed that as much as gender has nothing to do with biological male or female, still this is an inseparable aspect of its expression?
This is very informative; and I have learned that using gender lens in research conceptualizion and implementation will help in checkmating any form of gender blindness.
Muy buena presentación muchas veces nos sesgamos por los estereotipos en los que nos hemos desarrollado, pero esto nos da una visión más amplia de nuestro rol dentro de la investigación.

Gender discrimination is very burning issue in Bangladesh. Poor women are the most victims.
I have learnt that gender does not mean biological sex but rather a social construct and also that real men do not beat women.
